Fall Primary - August 11
The Fall Primary Election will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2020. Residents can request an absentee ballot by mail by visiting Myvote.wi.gov or by visiting Town Hall. In person absentee voting will begin Monday, July 27. Town Hall will be open 8:00am to 4:00pm to cast an in person absentee vote. If you are looking to register to vote, please also visit myvote.wi.gov or visit the Town Hall during our open hours.
Open Book and Board of Review Information

Town of Delafield Sponsored Baseball and Softball Cancelled
The Town of Delafield Recreation Department has cancelled all baseball related recreation programs due to risks associated with Covid-19. To ensure the safety of our community and in accordance with the recommendations of the Wisconsin Department of Health, the Town will not be holding Town sponsored or Town organized sporting events during the summer of 2020. Town of Delafield Parks Open to Public
The Delafield Town Parks are now open to the public including playgrounds, baseball and soccer fields, basketball courts and trails. Shelter rentals and field rentals will be available to reserve starting Tuesday, May 26, 2020. We ask that all residents and park visitors practice social distancing and use necessary precautions to stay safe. The skate park will remain closed due to repairs at this time.
New Tax Information for 2019!
STARTING NEW IN 2019, PROPERTY TAX BILL PAYMENTS WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED AT THE DELAFIELD TOWN HALL.
Through the months of December and January, the Town of Delafield has contracted with all Waukesha State Bank locations and Waukesha County Courthouse (Treasurer’s Office) to collect the Town’s 2019 property tax bills. You can pay by mail or in person. There is also a drop box located on the east side of Waukesha County Courthouse. Pay online or credit card or e-check at http://tax.waukeshacounty.gov. 2019 Taxes can be viewed on the Waukesha County website. Please click on PAY TAXES HERE. You will be able to search by Tax Key # or property address. Tax bills will be mailed out by December 6th.
ALL LATE OR PAYMENTS DUE BY JULY 31 MUST BE PAID TO THE WAUKESHA COUNTY TREASURER.
